Service Guidelines
Pickup and Delivery will be done in 2 Hours

For deliveries that are time sensitive and have to be delivered at a specific time or outside the Standard Operating hours of 9am - 10pm. Please note that agents may arrive 30 mins before or after the specific time.
6 hours delivery standard. For same day delivery to office locations (before 6pm), delivery has to be booked before 12noon. For faster service please choose 3 hours express or 2 hours delivery.
Pickup from Point A and then deliver to Point B, after that pickup from Point B and back to Point A on the same day.
Shall not exceed 5kg and maximum dimension of 100cm (H+L+B).

Senders are responsible for selecting the right size, delivery fee top up and penalties are imposed for discrepancies.
If you need a pallet jack for moving of your goods, it's available with additional RM20
RM10 surcharge applicable if distance between pickup and delivery >30KM, capped at 45KM
Additional RM20 surcharge for >45km, capped at 60km
